		<description>Thanks for the suggestions.  I have found also that whenever I take milk it results in my having catarrh, a serious one.  Wonder how one can take lipton tea without adding milk considering that I am a very slim woman. Oats are taseless without milk.  Surely there must be a way out?</description>
