People who wear dentures should also clean their mouth with a soft toothbrush and use a mouthwash.

If you have toothache, decaying or broken teeth, or your gums bleed when you brush your teeth, consult your dentist.

For mouth ulcers or inflamed gums add 8 to 10 drops tincture of myrrh, or 1 drop tea tree oil, to a teacup of warm water and use as a mouthwash 2 or 3 times a day.
